Columbia Basin College is one of the top-ranked academic institutions that takes pride in helping student-athletes make their transition to college and college athletics. CBC is recognized as one of the top educational institutions in the Northwest in terms of providing direction to winning championships and helping student-athletes move on to the four-year level. Based on the preparations made during the past off-season, our men's soccer program has taken a new direction. We are going to improve and we are here to Win! Looking at the players on our roster it is easy to recognize that they the all come from winning programs. We don't need to teach them to Win! On or off the field. Included are all - state, all area, and many state champions. Our team looks to be real tough on and off the drawing board. It is comprised of talent, athleticism and a good group of all around people. We are very excited with this fine group of student athletes. It is based on local soccer talent, which over the years has gone untouched. As a men's soccer program we have had good success in the past, to include the 1999 NWAACC Championship. Our main goal is to put the CBC men's soccer as one of the top JC programs in the Northwest. This approach will serve as the much-needed trampoline for area athletes that desire to move to the next level of play during their academic life.
